Delete your Aureli Studio account

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the Aureli Studio app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Without the app

Send us an email from the address you registered with, and we will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days (usually within a few working days).

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and password
• Your membership card, packages and remaining sessions
• Your check-in history and staff notes
• Your Terms acceptance record and email preferences

What we keep, and for how long

• Invoices and accounting records, for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law (up to 10 years).
• Encrypted database backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
• Crash reports, which are not linked to your name or email and are deleted automatically within 90 days.
