1. Purpose of Our Services

Aureli Studio provides a website and mobile application (for iOS and Android) offering general information about Pilates, yoga, stretching, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices. The services also allow clients to manage their memberships and book sessions.

2. Mobile Application

The Aureli Studio mobile application is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Use of the app is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms of the respective platform (Apple or Google).

The application requires an internet connection to function fully. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

3. User Accounts

To use the app's features, you must create an account by providing:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Your email address cannot be changed after registration. Contact us if a change is required. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you are under 18, you may create an account only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. For children under 14, the account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Membership Packages and Sessions

Through the app you can view your purchased session packages, visit history, and remaining sessions. Packages are assigned by the Aureli Studio team after purchase.

• Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of assignment
• Expired packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Remaining session counts are updated by studio staff
• The digital QR membership card in the app serves as identification at the studio

5. Booking Services

We use a third-party service, Setmore, to manage appointment scheduling and bookings.

• Your information (name, email, phone number, etc.) is collected by Setmore during the booking process.
• Setmore's own Privacy Policy and terms of use apply.
• We do not store or process booking or payment data on our servers.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when registering, booking, or contacting us.
• Do not use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the website and app content.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app. Upon deletion:

• All your personal data is removed from our system
• Your session history and packages are permanently deleted
• This action is irreversible

If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion on our account deletion page.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services use the following third-party providers:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and app, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of Aureli Studio or its content creators. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, app, or services linked through them, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
